Le Central is family-friendly bar for coffee, lunch and Après-ski located directly opposite the Télécabine in the heart of La Tzoumaz, part of the Verbier 4 Valleys.
With a great selection of wines from Valais, excellent locally brewed craft beer, and a range of dishes made with highest quality locally sourced ingredients, we serve amazing pizza, pasta and assiettes, including vegetarian options.
Our friendly team will give you a warm La Tzoumaz welcome after a long day on the mountain, or if you're just looking for somewhere to relax during the day.

JULY 2025
It is with a great deal of sadness that we are announcing the permanent closure of Le Central.
In November 2023 we took over an empty building and set out to create something for La Tzoumaz locals, seasonaires, residents and visitors. With a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, we did it.. and we opened our doors just 6 weeks later.
Since then we have had two amazing seasons thanks to our customers and many many people who supported us and contributed to our success. Thank you especially to the team over two seasons; Léa, Steph, Antonio, Francesco, Giuseppina, Auriane, Charlotte, Philomène, Raphael, Eli, Louis, Marion, Marco, Océane, Diego, Clément, Célie, Baptiste, Cloe… and thank you to countless people from the community that helped us along the way.
We made memories.
The building is now owned by a capable and experienced team who have big plans, and we wish them all the best for a successful future.
